The Man In The Booth

The Man In The Booth, Winner of Best Direction is a short subject documentary that looks into the lives and memories of Motion Picture Film projectionists in a time when their art form is all but obsolete.

The movie offers an inside look at how the people who helped keep us entertained for the last century, feel about being cast aside. It’s sure to stir up some emotion and who knows, maybe even prompt you to WANT to go see a movie projected on film.

The film has played at, Palm Spring International Shortfest Market, YoFi Fest, Glovebox Short Film & Animation Festival, Laughlin International Film Festival, Gwinnett Center International Film Festival, Williamsburg Independent Film Festival and is Schedule to play Idyllwild Film Festival in January.
